Hudson Hotel (name TBC) // Hudson, NY

Coming soon...

A mansion built in the late 1800’s, complete with a winding walnut staircase and secret guestrooms and in the heart of Hudson City proper.  The property had become an Elk’s Lodge in the 1930’s, and prior to Casetta Group, was owned by a set decorator named Eleanor Ambros. Working with some of the items left from her estate including mirrors, furniture, books and art and with charm just oozing from every nook and cranny, Casetta Group set out to create a special property, different from the other ample offerings in town.  Taking an artful approach, we wanted each room to feel like a unique experience, unified by the feeling of the home :  we re-envisioned the home with salons and lounges, creating an experience for the guests to uncover the “layered history”.  Existing fireplaces and flooring remained and rooms were worked into the existing footprint of the home.  A restaurant, bar and lounge will be added to the interior of the property. Outside, a pool, outdoor bar and event space will be added. A very large landscape project to transform the acres of land into usable space; an edible garden, a canopy walk and pathways leading to firepits and deck for stargazing and yoga.

The property is slated to open in 2025.
